Mentoring

2014-2018: I was selected and trained to become a Teachers4Europe Ambassador for the programme of the European Commission Representation in Greece Teachers4Europe. My role as an ambassador was to guide and supervise new members of the programme in developing their pedagogical projects.

2011: I was selected to be eTwinning Mentor at ‘Back to school campaign’ of the eTwinning action. My role as a Mentor was to help amateur in eTwinning teachers to make their first steps in eTwinning.

2002-2005: I was selected and trained to become a Support and Guidance Advisor for the project: ‘Educational support of the Go-Online Action’, part of the European GoDigital initiative. As a Support and Guidance Advisor I organized and led more than 140 seven-hour training support visits, that is more than 950 hours. Their target was to encourage the deployment of ICTs by small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and make them aware of the benefits and prospects that have arisen in the new technological era.

Reviewer

I regularly review articles for The International Review of Research in Open and Distributed Learning Journal, the Open Praxis Journal, the Journal of Interactive Media in Education, and for the Journal of Technology, Pedagogy and Education. I am also member of the MirandaNet Reviewing Panel and I was reviewer in several conferences.
